Boston Coastal Flood Resilience Design Guidelines - Illustrative design guidelines that ensure buildings are built or adapted to withstand the flooding risks posed by future sea level rise and storm surge. The Guidelines were accompanied by a set of zoning regulations.

Eastern Market Neighborhood Framework and Stormwater Management Network Plan: Detroit, Michigan - A long-term plan and economic development strategy for Eastern Market, Detroit's primary food industry production and distribution district, incorporating a centralized stormwater management plan for new industrial development.

Imagine Boston 2030: Waterfront Planning: Boston, Massachusetts - A joint effort of Imagine Boston 2030 and the Barr Foundation to explore future open space opportunities along the Boston Waterfront

Union Square Neighborhood Plan: Somerville, Massachusetts - A year-long community planning process that resulted in a consensus based plan, including new streetscape and public space, and the redevelopment of a pre-existing industrial area.

Brush Park Planning and Form Based Code: Detroit, Michigan -  A form-based zoning code for the Brush Park neighborhood, as well as an overall neighborhood development and open space strategy

Malaysia Vision Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Conceptual framework planning for 28,000 acres of land south of Kuala Lumpur to be a new commercial, residential and transit hub for the region

Boston Marine Industrial Park Master Plan: Boston, Massachusetts - A plan to maintain an industrial presence in the urban core while allowing for commercial development.

Malden River Greenway: Boston, Massachusetts - Vision planning for a multi-use riverfront path on a former industrialized channel along the Mystic River.

Hartford Downtown North/Downtown West: Hartford, Connecticut - A redevelopment plan for an underutilized portion of downtown, consisting of infill development scenarios, new streetscapes, and an open space network.

New Haven Mill River District: New Haven, Connecticut - An industrial development strategy that accounted for the impact of future storm surge and flooding.

Northeastern University Institutional Master Plan: Boston, Massachusetts

Lower Schuylkill Master Plan: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - An industrial redevelopment plan for ~4,000 acres of land southwest of Center City. The project consisted of new road networks, a waterfront open space systems, and a market analysis.

New Haven Route 34: New Haven, Connecticut - A large scale infrastructure project involving the removal of Route 34 in Downtown New Haven, and replacing it with surface streets and new air-rights development.
